That’s why we offer a coffee equipment preventative maintenance subscription program to fit your needs. Whether you have just a brewer, brewers and grinders, or a full espresso setup, we have different packages to fulfill any of your coffee equipment service needs.
Our program will help you have peace of mind by maximizing uptime, extending the life of your equipment, and keeping the quality of your coffee consistent.

You can pay a small fixed amount for the subscription each month or enjoy a 15% discount by paying for the full year in advance.
By signing up for our preventative maintenance subscription plans, you will receive two visits a year with no charges for travel or labor (additional travel charges do apply if you are located outside of our Central Ohio service area), and a discount on labor fees for any service provided outside of those two visits. During the two covered visits, we perform any preventative maintenance on grinder, brewers, and espresso equipment, check equipment calibration and coffee extraction numbers, and we encourage you to ask questions about your machines and equipment to better understand how they work and ways you can improve your coffee brewing.
